Monofilament Poliglecaprone 25

• Superior pliability for easy handling and tying
• Balanced absorption & progressive loss of tensile strength
• Minimized risk of suture line infection
• Minimal Damage, better cosmesis
• High tensile strength, twice that of chromic catgut
• PRIMIPASS coated needles

Monoprone – Poliglecaprone 25 suture is monofilament synthetic absorbable surgical suture prepared from a copolymer of glycolide and caprolactone. It is slippery, making it easier to pass than a braided suture. Poliglecaprone 25 suture is absorbed by hydrolysis. Poliglecaprone is available as Violet and Undyed.
